New supplement users are new patients × 80% enrollment; prior users drop by monthly attrition.
Every new supplement user becomes a PULS subscriber: 80% quarterly, 20% monthly.
PULS earnings are kits actually shipped × $12, so quarterly months show a bump.
Annualized earnings normalize PULS to 12 monthly or 4 quarterly kits a year.

Illustrative gross practice earnings only. Annualized earnings use the Month 12 test and supplement pace, plus normalized PULS cadence: monthly subscribers receive 12 kits per year and quarterly subscribers receive 4. PULS is modeled at 100% attachment to active supplement users with an 80% quarterly / 20% monthly split. Figures exclude taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, collections, staff time and other practice expenses. Lead and patient-contact economics are excluded.
